Meet Tayler, founder of Epton Studios and the Bleach & Beyond online education platform. Tayler began her career in 2011 at the prestigious Nicky Clarke salon in Manchester, where she discovered her passion for creating beautifully blended, natural, and luxurious styles.

Following her training, she advanced her career at HOB Salons, gaining further expertise in precision cutting and bold colour placement. She later refined her barbering skills under the guidance of Mr. Beardmore at his renowned Northern Quarter barbershop, before returning to her first love—women’s hair. During this time, she built a thriving self-employed clientele while continuing her professional development through advanced training at Wella Studios.

In 2023, Tayler achieved her long-standing dream of opening Epton Studios. Becoming a salon owner and mentoring apprentices ignited a new passion: education. This inspired the creation of Bleach & Beyond, an online learning platform designed to empower hairdressers from all backgrounds to refine their skills, expand their creativity, and grow in confidence.
